Refunds
We will gladly issue a refund or reprint your order at no additional cost in the following cases:

- Design error: the design is incorrect compared to the information provided on our website.
- The product received does not match your order in terms of type or size.
How to Request a Refund

- Your order/invoice ID.
- A picture of the wrong or damaged item, if applicable.
Our team will evaluate your request and process the refund within 1-3 business days. Once approved, the refund is expected to be processed within 2-3 business days.
Returns
If you received the wrong or defective items, there is no need to return them to us. We will automatically issue a refund once the issue is confirmed. The refund will arrive within 2-3 business days.
Exceptions to Refunds, Reprints, or Returns
We do not process refunds or returns in the following cases:
- Your order did not arrive due to factors within your control (e.g., incorrect shipping address, failure to pick up the package).
- Your order did not arrive due to exceptional circumstances beyond our control (e.g., customs delays, natural disasters, lost packages after being marked “delivered”).
- The item received matches the product description.
Order Cancellation
Customers have 24 hours to request a cancellation after placing an order. Please note that a 10% fee (management, processing, and transaction) will apply to the total order value for any cancellations.
After the 24-hour period, the item will go into production, and we will not be able to cancel the order.
Refund Timeline

Exchanges
We do not offer exchanges or returns for incorrect sizes unless the wrong size was sent due to our error. For issues like printing errors or defects, we will handle them for you. Please contact us for guidance before returning any items.
Late or Missing Refunds
