If you need to cancel your order, please contact us as soon as possible. Cancellations can only be processed if your order has not yet been shipped.
Cancellation Requests

Cancellation Timeframe
- If you cancel your order within 24 hours of placing it, we will cancel the order and issue a full refund.
- If more than 24 hours have passed, we will do our best to accommodate your request, but please note that orders in the shipping process cannot be canceled.
Custom Orders
Please note that custom-made products are non-cancellable once production has started. Be sure to double-check all details before confirming your custom order.
Refunds for Canceled Orders
Refunds for canceled orders will be processed within 7-10 business days and returned to the original payment method used for the purchase.
